Teams
do not automatically move through the stages of development.
Higher team productivity is a conscious choice and can only be
accomplished by spending time together working to eliminate barriers.
Team building is not a one time event.
Teams need periodic renewal to enjoy continuous renewal to enjoy
continuous improvement.
Our team building workshop is focused on helping teams identify where they
are and what they need to do to move to that next level of performance.

This workshop provides a focused way for participants to structure their efforts to achieve personal and/or team goals. The customized “Goal Planning
Worksheets helps participants clarify their goals in key measurable ways, to
analyze the journey toward achieving personal and team goals and to establish key motivational rewards for individual and team performance.
